These are not technicalities, these are your constitutional rights, and she will fight for every one of them.

FIRST CALL

Caroline Listens

No rushing, no judgment.

She will explain your charges in plain English or Spanish and tell you honestly what you are facing. Then she gets to work. She will pull apart the evidence, challenge what should be challenged, negotiate hard where there is room to negotiate, and take it all the way to trial if that is what your case requires. You will never be in the dark about where things stand.

One charge should not follow you for the rest of your life.
